    two bananas
    2 tsps butter
    1 large egg
    1 1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    1/3 cup white sugar
    1/3 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1 cup (or as much as you wish) semi sweet chocolate chips


mash and whip the bananas (I use my hand blender) Add egg and whip again
add flour and mix in, add salt, baking soda and flour and stir until batter is starting to firm up but not getting too stiff. Add in chocolate chips and put on non-stick cookie sheet. I get about 30 cookies approx. 1tbsp each. bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Makes cookies that are moist and chewy. For cookies that are flatter add less flour.
