    1oz lemon juice
    1onion
    1serving brown rice
    1serving brussel spouts
    1c jello

Directions

rap the 2 filets in foil put lemon juice and sliced onion on top and close put in oven on 350 for about 15-20 min. cook rice and brussl spouts and serve. jello is dessert
