Ingredients

2 Cups Fresh Mushrooms
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
1 Medium Onion
3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
6 4 oz Boneless Pork Chops(from Pork Loin)
1 Cup White Wine
1 Cup 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon Flour
1/2 Cup Water
Directions
Coat skillet with cooking spray and saute mushrooms, garlic and onion over medium heat until mushrooms are golden. Remove from pan and set aside. Season chops with salt and pepper and spread Dijon Mustard on each side of chop. Brown chops on each side. Add wine and chicken broth to skillet stirring up brown bits on bottom of skillet. Cover and cook 15-20 minutes until chops are tender. Remove chops to serving platter. Boil remaining liquid for 5 minutes, Stir in mushrooms. Mix flour and water together and add to skillet. Cook until thickened. Spoon Sauce over chips. Makes 6 Servings
