Ingredients

    1 cup banana, mashed (I used 2 bananas)
    3 tbsp. Flaxseed Meal
    1 1/4 cup oatmeal, ground
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips
    1 tbsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 cup sugar substitute
    1 tbsp. flaxseed meal mixed w/ 3 tbsp. water (let it sit until it thickens - acts as an egg substitute)
    1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 10 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
