Ingredients

Mashed Potatoes (3 medium potatoes, 1 Tbs Butter, 1/2 cup milk, salt and pepper)
4 Egg Whites
1/2 cup yogurt
salt
pepper
10 oz Ground Turkey(cooked with salt and pepper, garlic and hot pepper)
2 Zucchini (chopped finely)
1/2 cup salsa
1 can 3- bean marinated salad (drained)Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Boil Potatoes. Add Milk, Salt, pepper. Puree. Stir in Egg Whites and Yogurt. Set Aside.
Brown Turkey with salt, pepper, hot pepper and garlic. Cool. Add salsa and chopped zucchini. Stir in 3- bean salad.
In a 8x8 pan spray pam and add Turkey mixture. Pour Mashed Potato Mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle Parmesan over Dish. Bake 350 for 45 min
