Introduction

This is my low fat version of my favorite restaurants chicken sandwich. I actually like my version better and I love theirs. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. Ingredients

    1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Village Hearth Light Bun (or other light bun around 80 calories)
    1 Slice of Turkey Bacon cooked and broken in half
    1 Laughing Cow Light Cheese Wedge (I like the Herg and Garlic Best)
    1 Romain Lettuce Leaf
    1 Slice Tomato

Directions

Grill Boneless Skinless Chicken breast on either outdoor grill or George Foreman type of grill. Fry your slice of bacon and break into 2 pieces. Lightly toast your bun, on one half spread the laughing cow light cheese wedge, on the other half of the bun, spread the honey mustard (Spicy brown or dijon mustard can also be used) place your chicken breast on the bottom half of the bun, then top with the 2 slices of bacon, then top with tomato slice and romain lettuce leaf. Place top of bun on sandwich, whalah, best chicken sandwich you will ever have.
