Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
    3/4 cup strawberrries (fresh or frozen)
    2 TBSP Acai Juice
    1 TBSP Honey
    3 TBSP Xylitol
    2 Raspberry flavored Emergen-C
    Water to fill half gallon in gallon size pitcher
    Ice to fill pitcher to one gallon

Directions

Clean berries and place in gallon size pitcher. Add Acai juice, honey, xylitol, emergen-c, and water. Mix with immersion blender and add ice. Makes 16, 8 oz servings
