Ingredients

1 cup sunflower or Nut Butter
1/2 cup Brown Rice syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
1 box Perky's Nutty Flax Cereal
1/4 cup Enjoy Life Allergen free chocolate chips
Optional: 1/4 cup Dried Fruit Pieces, 1/4 cup seeds or nuts, 1/4 cup Shredded or Flaked Coconut (adding any optional items would of course raise the nutrition and calorie count)
Directions
Stir together 1st 4 ingerdients in sm saucepan over med- lo heat til melted. Place Nutty Flax, choclate chips [and optional ingredients, if using] ina lg bowl. Add warmed ingredients to bowl & mix well. Press into greased 8X8 inch pan. Let cool before slicing. Makes 12 bars
Variation: Sprinkle an additional 1/4 cup chocolate chips on top of bars and warm in 300deg oven for 3 mins (this of course would raise the calorie count)
