Ingredients

12 OZ FAT FREE EVAPORATED MILK
1 3-OZ PKG LADYFINGERS, SPLIT
1 3OZ PACKAGE SUGAR FREE LEMON GELATIN (4 SVG SIZE)
1 CUP ORANGE JUICE (BOILING)
1/2 CUP SPLENDA
1/3 CUP LEMON JUICE
2 TSP GRATED LEMON PEEL
1 CUP FAT FREE COOL WHIP
Directions
At least 7 hours before serving:
Pour milk into a large mixing bowl; place mixer beaters in bowl. Cover & refrigerate 2 hours or overnight. Line the sides of a 9 inch springform pan with ladyfingers--set aside. In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling orange juice. Stir in the splenda, lemon juice & lemon peel; cool to room temperature.
Beat chilled milk until soft peaks form; fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or until firm. Spread with whipped topping. Remove sides of pan.
Refrigerate leftovers.
