    2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
    3 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    2 Tablespoon Splenda
    1/4 cup Promise fat free margarine, softened
    1/2 cup raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 cup 8th Continent light soy milk, vanilla



Mix dry ingredients together. Cut in margarine until crumbles form. Stir in soy milk and raisins. Drop a spoonful onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 10-12 minutes, or until just brown on top.
