Introduction

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Curry Powder
    14.80oz Chicken Thighs (frozen)
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1.5 Cups Frozen Corn
    Dash Ground Coriander
    112 grams Sun Dried Tomatoes
    6.5 Tbsp Low Fat Coconut Milk
    2 Tbsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter
    1 Tbsp Chopped Garlic
    1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tbsp Black Pepper
    1 Tbsp Onion Powder

Directions

Melt butter and spices together until fragrant. Add the rest of the ingredients and allow to cook until chicken is cooked through. Cut up the chicken into bite sized pieces and allow to finish cooking.
