Ingredients

    2 corn tortillas (soft)
    1/2 c. of refried beans (I make mine homemade)
    4 T shredded beef (mine is homemade)
    2 T tomatillo salsa
    2 T lowfat yogurt
    1/4 c. shredded lowfat cheese

Directions

Warm up the tortillas to make them more pliable.

Heat up the beans and meat.
Using the beans as the base, layer as follows;
Beans
Meat
Tomatillo Salsa
Cheese
Yogurt
