Boneless Chicken Breast
pretzels( any, crushed)
paprika
garlic powder
water
egg
Directions
Makes 1, chicken breast servings
To prepare:
Step 1~ Pre-Heat oven to 425. Cook time 25 min. or tell juices run clear. Cook in glass cook wear sprayed cooking spray.
Step 2 ~use sealable sandwich bag, add pretzels. Use something hard to crush up pretzels.
Step 3 ~Add seasons to crushed pretzels.
Step 4 ~Shake up and down to mix well.
Step 5 ~ In separate bowl add egg and water, mix well with fork.
Step 6 ~ Add 1 piece of chicken to egg wash, flip both sides; make sure it's covered well.
Step 7 ~ Add washed chicken to bag of crushed pretzels, seal and shake well.
Step 8 ~ Add to cooking wear
Step 9 ~ repeat with other breast.
Cook for 25 min. or tell juices run clear...
ENJOY!!! You may add whatever seasonings you like. Recipe is very easy to add to.
