Introduction

This works great as a marinade for grilling as well. Just use equal parts of honey (I use agave but couldn't convert for this reciepe), soy sace and canola oil (or any type of oil) This works great as a marinade for grilling as well. Ingredients

    16 oz package of shrimp
    2 cloves garlic
    1/4 C Honey (or agave nectar)
    1/4 C Lite Soy Sauce
    1/4 C Canola Oil (any oil works)
    3 C 90 second brown rice

Directions

Mince Garlic. Put all ingredients in a pan and saute until shrimp is white (approximately 5 -10 minutes). Follow instructions on package for making brown rice.

* I also throw in frozen veggies or fresh ones to add in vegatables.

    This recipe was amazing!!! Not to mention Super easy!!! The only substitution I made was, I used a tbsp of corn starch mixed with water to thicken the sauce. - 9/7/11
