Ingredients

2 c. Finely chopped cauliflower
1 c. Shredded Carrots
1 c. Chopped Celery
1/2 c. Thinly sliced onion ( I like purple)
2 T toasted sesame seeds
1 tsp. ginger ( to taste)
1 tsp. garlic ( to taste)
DRESSING
4 T Tamari or low sodium soy sauce
2 T Sesame Oil
Directions
Spoon cauliflower into bowl. That is your rice.
Add shredded carrots, chopped celery, diced onions, sesame seeds, ginger, and garlic
Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss well.
ENJOY!
