Betty Crocker Angel Food Cake
Kroger Strawberry Gelatin Dessert 30z pkg.
1 tub of Cool Whip
1.75 cups of Frozen Strawberries
.5 cup of Fresh Strawberries
Directions
Bake Angel Food Cake according to pkg directions. Let Cake cool and dry out. About 12 -14 hrs. Slice frozen strawberries while boiling one cup of water. Mix pkg of strawberry jello with the boiling water. When jello granules are dissolved mix in frozen strawberries. Stir strawberry and jello with 2 ice cubes so that it begins to gel. Cut off the top of the angel food cake with a bread knife. Hollow out the cake leaving a 1 inch bottom and 1 inch in the center wall and 1 inch outside wall. Tear the part of the cake that was dug out into pieces. Mix those pieces with the jello and strawberries. Put that mixture back in the cake and put the top of the cake back on.
