Introduction
Falafel is one my favorite foods, but most places tend to fry it on oil. However, I came across this raw falafel recipe which you can serve moist or dehydrated. Ingredients

2 cups sprouted chickpeas
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup parsley
1 TBS evoo
1 1/2 TBS cumin
1 tsp sea salt
Directions
In a food processor, blend chickpeas until fine. Add the remaining ingredients, and blend well. Roll mixture into small balls and place on a mesh dehydrator screen. Dehydrate at 105 degrees for 4-5 hours, longer if you desire a crispy falafel.
