Introduction

I got this from therenegadehealthshow.com (?)
I have never been a fan of popcorn but I thought I would give this a try. I like spicy food (can you tell?) so I added some cayenne.

It was mmm mmm good!

If you are doing to dehydrate it, the recipe calls for 6 heads. Adjust your spices accordingly.

The seasoning quantities are way off. used 1 T of nutritional yeast and just a sprinkle of the others. More would have been more than could stick to 2 c. of cauliflower. It was still really spicy, but tasty. - 7/11/09

I believe the "T" on the measurements is completely off, just use common sense and know these are completely wrong. - 3/22/11

I just saw this thread. I saw the video and they do use quite a bit of nutritional yeast! I would say the recipe was pretty close. Give it a try!!! - 9/4/10

I can't wait to try this! I agree with Theaspins, though, that the seasoning measurements seem very off. - 3/3/10
