Introduction

Ingredients

    1-6 inch tortilla
    .25 cup any shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 slice of lean lunch meat, torn into pieces
    .25 cup Tomato sauce or as wanted
    Veggies
    Any bits of leftovers (chicken, taco meat, etc.) you'd like for toppings!

Directions

Make a little pizza, mixing and matching ingredients (you can even leave the sauce out and just have a little melt). Put the prepped pizza on the rack of your toaster oven or conventional oven at about 400 degrees. Cook for 5-7 minutes/as desired/until the edges just start to get brown.

I calculated this recipe with whole milk mozzerella for padding.
