Introduction

Ingredients

    For 1 person:
    3 cups romaine lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
    1/2 can crabmeat (6 ounces) drained
    1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    2 T. crumbled blue cheese
    1 T. cholesterol free bacon bits
    2 T. oil and vinegar dressing

Directions

You can arrange each item in a row on top of the lettuce to make a traditional Cobb salad, but I just tossed them all together.
