Ingredients

    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole, chopped
    Green Peppers, 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, finely chopped
    Jalapeno Pepper, finely chopped
    Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp
    Lime Juice, 1/8 cup
    1/8 tsp. cumin
    Salt, 1 dash

Directions

Chop all ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.

Serving size: 1/4 cup.
