Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar mixed with
1/2 cup splenda
save 1/2 cup sugar for the top
mix Splenda/Sugar mixture with 3/4 cup milk and the 2 teaspoons of baking powder with a dash of salt.
melt the 8 tablespoons of butter (= 1 stick of butter) in the bottom of a casserole dish and pour the batter in on top of the butter. Layer the apple slices evenly on top of the batter. place in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

makes 12 servings.
