Introduction

Ingredients

    Shrimp, cooked, 20 large (remove)
    Lemon juice, 1 cup (remove)
    White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)
    *Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 dash (remove)

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Let it marinate at least 20 minutes. If using raw shrimp, cook until pink.

    This marinade was exactly what I was looking for. I used raw shrimp and cut the pepper back by 1/2 tablespoon. It was still spicier than my family liked, but the lemon and wine flavor was great. I'll make it again. - 6/8/09

    If you liked this, try the honey-shrimp marinade I posted...Especially if your family likes sweeter food rather than spicy. My husband was watering at the mouth the first time I tried it. Definitely the best shrimp recipe I've come up with so far!
