Ingredients

    Chilled V8, 6 cup
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole, diced
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, finely chopped
    Scallions, raw, 2 large, finely chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chilled Orange Juice, .25 cup
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1 tsp paprika
    hot sauce to taste


Directions

Over low heat, in pan sprayed with no stick spray, heat garlic, cinnamon, cumin and paprika for a minute or two until warm and mixed. Do not scorch.

In large chillable bowl, layer tomatoes, celery, and scallions. Pour spice mixture over vegetables. Add hot sauce to taste. Add orange juice. Gently stir. Add V8, stir gently.

Serve immediately or chill for several hours.

Tastes best the next day!

Makes 8 1 cup sevings.
