Introduction

Quick and easy chicken stew. Made it because I needed to make dinner and all I had was chicken, tomato sauce and a cabinet full of spices, so I made due. Quick and easy chicken stew. Ingredients

    7 Drumsticks
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 tbsp complete seasoning
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1/2 tbsp paprika
    1/2 tbsp ground cumin
    1/4 cup white cooking wine
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    1 Chicken bouillon cube
    Dash salt & pepper

Directions

Heat olive oil in pressure cooker. Place drumsticks and cook for about 2 minutes. Sprinkle spices and salt and pepper over the chicken and stir. Cook 5 more minutes and pour tomato sauce over chicken and stir. Cook another 2 minutes. Fill tomato sauce can with water and pour into pressure cooker. Drop in a Chicken Bouillon cube. Cook until it starts to boil and cover pressure cooker. Cook at medium high heat (7 out of 10 on my stove) for 30 minutes.

Makes 2 drumsticks per person. Serve with white rice and vegetables.
