Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    One pound of chicken tenders with tendons removed
    Two 14oz cans of artichoke hearts
    Two 14oz cans of chicken stock
    Capers
    1 cup white wine
    2 tbls olive oil
    1/2 Milk
    1/4 cup Flour
    Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Dip the tenders in milk dredge in flour, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in pan brown chicken til juices run clear, remove and set aside.

Deglaze pan with wine, cook off alcohol, add the broth and simmer, cut artichokes into quarter and add, reduce to 3/4 of original volume. Add chicken and capers simmer til warm.
