    1 lb ground turkey
    1 bunch asparagus cut bite size pieces
    1 cup broccoli cut
    1 cup red bell peppers chopped
    3 tsp ginger root
    3 tsp ginger
    1 cup lime juice
    3 tbsp fish sauce
    Mint or cilantro leaves to taste
    Asian Chili Garlic sauce to taste


Put Pam in a skillet and saute ginger and garlic. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. Add all vegetables with lime juice and fish sauce and cover. Steam the vegetables to desired tenderness. *Add Asian Chili/Garlic sauce to make spicy and mint or cilantro based on taste.
