Serve over mashed cauliflower or steamed rice. Serve over mashed cauliflower or steamed rice.

    2 lbs 4 oz Chicken Tenderloin- cubed
    1 large onion chopped
    1 14.5 oz canned diced tomatoes
    Patak Mild Curry Paste, 4 TBSP
    I 15 oz can garbanzo beans


Spray pan. Saute onions until browned. Add chicken and brown. Add curry paste and tomatoes, stirring well. Cook for 30 minutes on med/low heat stirring occasionally. Rinse the beans and add to curry. Simmer until beans have been heated.
