Ingredients

    ground chicken, 4 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    red bell peppers 1 cup diced
    Green Peppers .5 cup, strips diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 clove chopped
    *Canola Oil, 4 tbsp
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    1 tbsp parsley
    1 tsp italian season blend
    .5 tsp ground sage
    1 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp paprika
    Cobblestone Mill onion roll, 4 serving

Directions

saute veggies in 1 tbsp oil until soft. put veggies in mixing bowl and let cool for 5 min. add bread crumbs, herbs and spices,and egg. mix well. add ground chicken. mix well. to make patties,divide into 4 portions. put a piece of plastic wrap on counter and put portion of mix in the center. cover mix with a corner of the plastic wrap ad mash and form patty.(the mixture is sticky and this keeps it off your fingers).at this point you can wrap the patty and put in fridge until ready to cook. continue and form the other patties. to cook, put 2 tbsp oil in pan and heat to medium. place patties in pan and let cook until brown on bottom and the sides start to cook. turn over and cook the other side.serve on bun with your favorite hamburger toppings.
