Ingredients

    3/4 cup boiling water
    1 package (.3 ounce) sugar-free strawberry gelatin
    1 cup ice cubes
    1-1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
    3/4 cup light whipped topping

Directions

In a blender, combine water and gelatin. Cover and process until gelatin is dissolved. Blend in ice cubes until partially melted. Add strawberries; process well. Pour into bowl; fold in whipped topping.

Chill for 2 hours.

Yield: 4 servings
