Introduction

Cool, fast and easy, fruity salad. Great for summer! I like to use raspberry or strawberry gelatin. Hence the PINK. Cool, fast and easy, fruity salad. Great for summer! I like to use raspberry or strawberry gelatin. Hence the PINK.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz container of cottage cheese
    1 - 15.25 oz can of crushed pineapple
    1 - 8 oz container of whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
    1 - 3 oz box of gelatin dessert any flavor (like Jell-O)

Directions

Pour whole can of pineapple with juice into a medium bowl. Mix in gelatin dessert. Add cottage cheese and whipped topping. Stir until well mixed.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Refrigerate leftover. (If there is any.)
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
