Introduction

Cool, fast and easy, fruity, sugar-free salad. Great for summer! I like to use rasberry or strawberry gelatin, but any flavor is great! Cool, fast and easy, fruity, sugar-free salad. Great for summer! I like to use rasberry or strawberry gelatin, but any flavor is great!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 - 16 oz container of cottage cheese
    1- 15.25 oz can of crushed pineapple
    1 - 8 oz container of sugar free whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
    1 - .3 oz box of sugar free gelatin dessert (like Jell-O)

Directions

Pour whole can of pineapple with juice into a medium bowl. Stir in gelatin. Add cottage cheese and whipped topping. Stir well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving. Refrigerate leftover. (If any.)
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
