Ingredients

    1 1/2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
    1/4 Teaspoon Thyme (Ground)
    1/2 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
    1 Clove Minced Garlic
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    Salt
    Black Pepper
    4 Boneless Chicken Breast

Directions

Makes 4 Chicken Breasts

1. Preheat Grill or Broiler

2. In a shallow dish, combine lemon juice, thyme, red pepper flakes, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken in the mixture.

3. Grill the chicken breasts over moderately high heat or broil for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes longer.

4. Serve with green salad or steamed vegetables for a healthy dinner.

    Really good chicken recipe! I had to alter it to make 1 chicken breast so I did a little guessing with the measurements but it still turned out great. Will definitely make again! - 8/14/09

    Incredible!
    Very easy with a good flavor. I did reduce the red pepper flakes to a dash. Also used macadamian oil instead of olive. - 4/28/13

    Pretty tasty. :) I used a sprinkling of red pepper instead of the 1/2 tsp recommended to better suit our tastes. It left just a little hint of heat. Very good flavor overall. - 4/24/10
