Ingredients

    1 lbs Ground Venison or beef
    1 Medium onion
    2, 8" flour tortillas
    1 can Pinto beans
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions

Brown meat and onion together, Layer everything in order in baking dish, I use a 8X8 pan. Bake at 350 for 35 mins. Makes 8 servings.
