Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups crushed Baked! Tostios Scoops
    1/2 pound extra lean ground beef
    2 cups salsa
    1 can chili beans, drained
    8 oz 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    16 oz Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1 cup diced tomatoes
    4 oz can sliced black olives, drained

Directions

Crush 3 cups of chips and spread in botton of 13x9 baking dish. Combine, cooked/drained ground beef, salsa, drained chili beans and cheese. Spread over chips. Spread sour cream over meat mixture. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes and black olives. Bake uncovered @ 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with remaining chips and tossed salad. Makes 8 1 cup servings.
