Introduction

I use wheat Rotini and this is a colorful addition to a barbecue. I use wheat Rotini and this is a colorful addition to a barbecue.

Ingredients

    3 c Wheat Rotini / cooked and cooled
    1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
    1/2 a can of sliced black olives/ drained
    1 carrot grated
    2 celery stalks chopped
    1 tblsp onion
    2 tblsp viva Italian Zesty salad dressing

Directions

I use leftover wheat pasta for this and it can be anything but we prefer rotini. I throw all ingredients in a plastic food storage bag and shake until well blended. The black olives, rotini, and cherry tomatoes make this a lovely dish very colorful especially with the carrot grated in. As a side dish I serve 1/2 cup portions.
