    Whole wheat rotini or fusiili pasta, 2 cans of tuna, 1 can of cream of mushroom, 1 cup frozen peas, 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk.


Makes 4 portions.
preheat oven to 350. Cook pasta according to directions on the package. Coat 8x8 pan with cooking spray. Place cooked pasta in baking dish and add tuna, soup, milk and peas, mix well. bake uncovered for about 20 min. until casserole begins to bubble. Remove and let stand for 5min. then divide into 4 portions and serve! I like to cool the dish and put in the fridge for lunch the next day (i like it cold).
