Smear 2 tsps of oil n knead once again intoa nice firm dough but with enough elasticity.
Make 10 lemon sized balls of this dough cover n leave for 20 mins minimum. If left for a longer period (About an hr or 2, they turn out very soft.)
Roll each roti out in a circular shape of about 15cms diameter. Use a little wheat flour for dusting
Heat a griddle n once medium hot, place a roti on it for 10 seconds. After 10 seconds, filp it n leave it for another 10 seconds.
after 10 more seconds, pick the roti using a pair of tongs n flip it once again DIRECTLY ON HIGH FLAME THIS TIME. (the side u actually placed on the griddle at first)
Placing it on the flame allows the roti to puff up nicely. this makes it soft even after in cools down.
