Ingredients

    6 medium onions
    6 beef bouillon cubes
    2 tablespoons butter

Directions

Remove core from top of each onion. Place 1 bouillon cube and1 teaspoon of butter in top of each onion. Wrap individually in foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Yield:6 servings.
