Ingredients

1. 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour.
2. 3/4 cup sugar
3. 1/2 tsp salt.
4. 2 tsp baking powder.
5. 1 egg.
6. 1/3 cup milk 2%
7. 1/3 vegetable oil ( corn oil)
8. 4 large strawberries, chopped
Directions
1. preheat the oven to 400 F and grease muffin cups.
2. combine the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
3. place the vegetable oil into 1 cup measuring cup; add the egg and enough milk to fill the cup. mix this with the flour mixture. fold in strawberries. fill muffin cups up to 2/3.
4. bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
