Ingredients

    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 7 oz
    Butter, unsalted, .25 tbsp
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp
    Honey, .33 tbsp
    Trader Joe's Pecan Pralines, crushed, 0.125 cup
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .25 oz

Directions

This makes one serving. Feel free to double, or make even more.

Heat oven to 450 degrees. Coat a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and place salmon fillets in the dish. Melt butter in a small bowl and add dijon mustard and honey. Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets to coat them. Sprinkle crushed pecan pralines onto the salmon fillets and lightly press it down. Sprinkle breadcrumbs to fill in gaps between praline mixture. Lightly press. Cook 10 minutes per 1 inch of thickness on the salmon fillet. Enjoy!

    Incredible!
    The recipe was FANTASTIC! I did not use the pralines. Instead I used pecan meal (chucks of pecans that are packaged). This is an easy recipe to make and clean up is a breeze. I will be making this recipe again and encourage everyone to try it. - 1/5/10
