    6 med. yukon gold spuds
    3 large hard cooked eggs
    2 T minced onion, more if suits taste buds
    1/2 tsp salt
    dash black pepper
    dash garlic powder
    dash dill weed, or to taste
    dash parsley or to taste
    1/4 c Olive Oil Mayonnaise
    2 T milk
    1 tsp. spicy brown mustard
    dash of paprika
    other herbs or spices such as parsley to taste...could substitute sour cream for milk or use what you have on hand.


Mix first three ingredients, mix dressing and toss together...saving one egg sliced thin for garnish
