Ingredients

    Kirkland canned chicken breast, 4 oz
    Hillshire Farm Turkey Kielbasa, 7 oz
    Shredded Colby and Montery Jack cheese, 0.33 cup
    Cauliflower, cooked, 1 cup
    Del Monte Cut Green Beans No Salt Added, 1 can
    Carrots, canned, 1 can (chopped)
    Dill weed, dried, .25 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Onion powder, .25 tsp
    Minute Rice, 1.5 cup (cooked amount)

Directions

Chop the vegetables into smaller pieces. Slice the turkey sausage into small bites. Combine all ingredients in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until fully heated. Makes between 5 and 5 1/2 cups. Serving size is 3/4 cup.
