    2 1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/2 cup canned pumpkin
    1/4 cup applesauce
    1/3 cup splenda
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 1/2 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1 t cinnamon
    1/4 t nutmeg
    2 eggs or egg beater equiv.


Mix ingredients well, put in muffin tins and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Makes approximately 15-16 muffins.
