Introduction

I altered this from another Spark Recipe to make it even healthier. I altered this from another Spark Recipe to make it even healthier.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    Egg whites (3)
    Eggs (2)
    .5 cup of 1% milk (You could use skim to lower to reduce the fat even lower
    .5 cups Kraft fat-free shredded cheddar
    1 cup spinach ( I used frozen)
    Dash of pepper
    Dash of garlic powder

Directions

Recipe makes 6 cupcake-sized quiches. One serving is three quiches.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 6 greased muffin cups. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
