Introduction

So delicious! Use strawberry and pineapple, or just about any other fruit you can think of. So delicious! Use strawberry and pineapple, or just about any other fruit you can think of.

Ingredients

    2 Squares Ghiradelli 60% Chocolate
    2 Tbsp. Nonfat Milk
    1/2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
    1/2 cup fresh strawberries, half

Directions

1. Break up the chocolate into smaller pieces and put into a small bowl with the milk.
2. Microwave on 50% power for 30 seconds
3. Stir the chocolate mixture until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour over fruit, or use as a dip.

Enjoy!

    Ghiradelli is tooo die for.
    Fondue brings back memories.
    Glad it is back in fashion.

    Good
    Overall it was tasty, but the chocolate was watery when made in the microwave. Next time I will use a fondue pot. I used strawberries and pineapple. It must not have been too bad because it was gone by the end of the night. - 9/20/10
