    1 tbsp flax meal
    2 tbsp water
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1 cup white flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Add water to flax meal in bottom of measuring cup, stir with fork. Add milk, vanilla, flour, salt in order, beat until slightly lumpy.
