Introduction

I use this instead of syrup over my pancakes & waffles. I adjust the sugar & butter a little at times if the apples are really sweet & or really juicy then I can use less of both. Ingredients

    1 apple sliced thin
    1.5 tbsp sugar (adjust accordingly)
    2 tbsp butter (adjust accordingly)
    2 tsp cinnamon (adjust to taste)

Directions

This is really simple & quick. I slice apple very thin then place it & all other ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until apples are tender and syrup is reduced (does not take long) Pour over waffles or pancakes.. or enjoy as a dessert with a little of whipped cream
