A combination of a couple of recipes that got my 6 year old excited to help. A combination of a couple of recipes that got my 6 year old excited to help.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Onion - Chopped
    2 Tbsp Celery - Chopped
    1 Tsp Thyme
    3/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
    2 Eggs
    6 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups (1 pound) Imitation Crab (finely chopped - would suggest food processor)

Directions

1 - Saute Onion, Celery, and Thyme in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

2 - Combine Eggs, Breadcrumbs, Crab, Onion, Celery, and Thyme into a large bowl, and mix well.

3 - Preheat oven to 400.

4 - In a pan, add 2 Tbsp Olive Oil (you may need to add more during this step), and place patty made from step two into pan until each side is lightly browned (make sure to pack the patties as tight as you can so they do not fall apart).

5 - Place in oven for 10 minutes.
