Ingredients

    *2 Tbsp corn oil
    *1 lb ground turkey
    *1/4 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt
    *1 tsp chili powder
*1 large can of refried beans
*13 oz (1/2 of a 26 oz jar) Sam's Choice All Natural Lime & Garlic Salsa MILD

Directions

1. Brown ground turkey in a large skillet using corn oil and medium high heat. Add seasoned salt and chili powder and mix well.
2. Add salsa and mix well.
3. Add refried beans and mix well.

You can add shredded cheese as an ingredient or a topper. You can also add sour cream and guacamole as toppers. We used lettuce. And my 22-y/o son (who is a terribly picky eater) said it didn't need anything else!

Makes approx 8 1/2-cup servings.
